Installation date: 2025

This client is the largest medical device supplier in their country. After comparing options with other manufacturers in 2023, they chose Hongreat and purchased a complete production line for the vacuum blood collection tube assembly, and started production the same year.
By the end of 2024, due to increased demand and a production shortage, they ordered Hongreat’s fastest fully automatic blood collection tube production line. With a capacity of 22,000–25,000 tubes per hour, it is currently the fastest automatic blood collection tube line in China. The new line was delivered and put into operation in early 2025, meeting the client’s expanded production needs.

Production capacity: 22,000-25,000 tubes per hour
Equipped with automatic labeling, online coding, automatic label quality inspection and rejection, automatic jig loading, reagent dosing (including EDTA, heparin, clot activator, sodium citrate, and glucose tubes), reagent drying, plastic cap placement, vacuum stoppering, and automatic foam tray loading.
The system can be integrated with the client’s MES system, allowing remote monitoring and troubleshooting of equipment status and operation.

This client, a specialist in disposable medical supplies across Africa and the Middle East, has been producing safety syringes since 2004. As part of their business expansion, they needed a flexible solution to manufacture blood collection tubes in various sizes, ensuring that each product met local medical regulations.
